Reflections on an exciting and successful year now closing
2010 has been one of our best years yet!! Our sincerest thanks and gratitude to all who have supported us over the year to made this result possible.
Highlights:
- Significant year for on-line transformer monitoring equipment
- Corona cameras of major appeal for insulator management
- Continued strong uptake in environmentally-compliant SF6 gas testing equipment
- Major demand for partial discharge testing equipment
- Commissioning of first multi-channel infra red on-line substation monitoring unit in Australia
- Launch of specialist range of insulator shields to address wildlife outages
- Two papers presented at TechCon/Cigre 2010 with encouraging feedback
 Assistance to the Industry:
As a result of the level of business support over 2010, we were in the fortunate position of being able to donate AUD 60,000 toward cable restitution equipment for several NZ companies following the severe 7.1 Canterbury earthquake in New Zealand. This was an intensely proud moment of “putting something back” to the Industry and continues our long-standing initiatives in that endeavour in the Australasian region.
