Information is mainly derived from internal audits, customer complaints, non conforming product, management reviews and non compliances identified through the corrective action system. Such information is analysed to determine trends, implement preventive action and optimize the operation of Lord Power Equipment.

Should further statistical techniques be employed, the appropriate procedures will be written as required.
